This workout is done entirely from a seated position and is ideal if you’re dealing with limited mobility, injury, pain, low energy, or simply need a short and accessible way to move your body. There’s no equipment and no pressure to push or perform.
Today’s focus is consistency over intensity. Movement doesn’t need to be hard to matter. Showing up for a few minutes, moving with awareness, and honoring what your body can do today is how strength, confidence, and resilience are built over time.
