If you are familiar with the Animal Flow repertoire created by Mike Fitch, here are a few prep exercises that you can use to keep up your practice between classes or as a 'back to basics' reminder. Enjoy!
The majority of the Animal Flow repertoire is in a quadruped position so please ensure you do some wrist mobility exercises prior to your practice and ensure that working in this position is suitable for you.
