This workout is simple, but can be as intense as you make it. I use my Dope Ropes 5mm Jump Rope, my Fit Simplicity Resistance Bands, and my foldable yoga mat. I'll have links below for all of these, as well as the workout breakdown, so you can do it on your own. Go through the exercises 3 times, after warming up with jump rope and doing jump rope between the exercises and afterward, as well. (IYKYK)

The workout:
Warm up 5-10 min with jump rope, increasing in intensity as you get warmer
1. Rear Lunge Front Kick (RLFK) with Tricep Ext (10 ea)
2. Spider-Man Push-Ups with or without the band on feet (8 ea side)
3. Banded Overhead (OH) Press with Knee Lift (8-10 ea)
4. Banded Wide Step-Out Squats (16 Ea)
** Jump Rope between rounds; do 3 rounds
