Join Priyan and his affectionate cat Prakriti for a 45 minute Flow Class that incorporates poses taken from the "Scissor Splits" theme from classes conducted in our studio last week.
On that week we developed hip stability by awakening our inner legs and outer hips as we conditioned Glutes and hip flexors. The scissors shape requires strength as well as flexibility!
Poses incorporated from our Basic, Essential and intermediate level classes into this sequence are: Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana), Side Plank II Pose (Vasisthasana II), Flying Scissors Pose (Eka Pada Koudinyasana II).
