Join Wendy, Charmaine & Yen Ning, guided by Priyan, for a 45 minute Flow Class that incorporates poses taken from the "Lotus Hips" theme from classes conducted in our studio last week.
On that week we learnt to safely explore hip rotation while protecting our knee joints.
Poses incorporated from our Basic, Essential and intermediate level classes into this sequence are: Lotus Pose (Padmasana), Bound Lotus Side Plank (Kasyapasana), Upwards Facing Rooster Pose (Urdhva Kukkutasana).
