You have tried all sorts of techniques but nothing really worked out?

Follow our bulletproof 4 Steps and start to show off to your friends and family how strong you are!
We recommend practicing each stage to the point when completing 8-10 reps feel easy and almost no-effort.
An example:
Week 1:
Step 1 - 8-10 Reps - 1 minute break - 2-3 rounds
Step 3 - 8-10 Reps - 1 minute break - 2-3 rounds
Week 2:
Step 2 - 8-10 Reps - 1 minute break - 2-3 rounds
Step 4 - 8-10 Reps - 1 minute break - 2-3 rounds
Week 3:
Step 3 - 8-10 Reps - 1 minute break - 2-3 rounds
Step 2 - 8-10 Reps - 1 minute break - 2-3 rounds
Week 4:
Step 4 - 8-10 Reps - 1 minute break - 3 solid rounds
