Spaghetti Napolitan has its origins in Yokohama, Japan and is usually made with ketchup. I couldn’t bring myself to make a spaghetti dish with ketchup, so I came up with a way to make it without ketchup that still captures the essence of what this dish is. It’s a quick pasta dish that is satisfying any night of the week.

The Ingredients (1-2 servings):
Spaghetti
½ onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic
2 small green peppers
2 sausages
2 tbsps of tomato paste
Olive oil
Grated cheese
Chopped parsley
