This simple workout is an effective calisthenics workout for building your chest, shoulders and triceps with only two primary exercises. The dips and shoulder press-style push-ups work the entire push-chain.
I threw in some triceps extensions and chest flys at the end but it certainly wasn’t necessary. Keeping tension in the muscles throughout the full range of motion with the two primary exercises is more than enough to create a stimulus for hypertrophy.
