Finally, we have arrived to the week of my first (first I actually ran) marathon. I honestly feel so lucky, to be able to do this, to have a family that supports me, to share the joy with you.
I know, I didn't do it perfectly, or "right", but I did it, and I did MY best. It's okay to make mistakes, to try again, to keep going even if it's hard.
If you need a reminder, and I know most of us do, I want you to do whatever lights up your heart, even if it's "scary" or even if "you are not good at it" or EVEN if you doubt yourself. Do it, do it loud, do it unsure, do it your way, do it proudly.
