This is the Pitta posture sequence outlined on page 174 in THE GURU IN YOU.
Though the following sequence lasts approximately 7 minutes, it is recommended to stay in each posture as long as is necessary to enjoy the benefits. This may take upwards of 20 or 30 minutes as you grow into the postures over time.
