In this episode of Real Hope, we look at the Healthy Transitions program at Mississippi State University. DMH has been able to partner with the Department of Psychology and the Behavioral Health Clinic there to help their clinicians offer free services to people between the ages of 16 and 25 - no matter whether you're a student or not.
Take a few minutes and listen to Mary Grace, the Clinic Manager and Project Director for Healthy Transitions, to tell us how the program came about and the success they're seeing with it.
