“Heavenly Strawberry Oreo Cookie Recipe | A Delightful Treat Everyone Will Love”

🍓 Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients
• 🍓 15 strawberries (finely chopped)
• 💧 1 tbsp. water
• 🌱 2 tsp chia seeds
• 🍯 1 tbsp. honey

Finely chop the strawberries, add water, and place over heat. Once thickened, mash and add chia seeds. After cooling slightly, add honey and allow to cool completely.


Cookies

Ingredients
• 🧈 100 g melted butter
• 🍬 130 g brown sugar
• 🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 🌾 170 g flour
• 🥄 1 tsp baking powder
• 🌽 20 g cornstarch
• 🍪 10 Oreo biscuits (broken into pieces)

First, mix the melted butter and brown sugar together and whisk for one minute until blended. Then add the vanilla extract and mix.

Sift the flour, baking powder, and cornstarch, and mix with the butter and brown sugar just until combined.

Break the Oreo cookies into pieces and add them to the mixture, then mix with a spatula.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and store in the freezer for half an hour.

Then remove from the freezer and divide into 100 gram balls.

Grease a freezer-safe dish, place the balls inside, and let them rest uncovered in the freezer for another 15 minute

Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cookies on the sheet, spacing them apart.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and use a spoon to gently make a small hole in the top of each cookie while they are still warm.

Allow to cool completely
After cooling, pour the strawberry sauce over the cookies
