Stir Fry (makes 2 serving)
100g dry soba noodles
1 block of fava bean tofu coated with 1.5 tsp corn starch, 1/2 tsp garlic powder & salt
1 bell pepper
2 large bokchoy
227g mushrooms
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp chili flakes
Sauce contains:
30g powdered peanut butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1.5 tbsp tamari
1 tsp chili oil
1 tsp garlic powder
water to dilute
