Killer Sent to Death Row to Slaughtering Teen Who Was Protecting His Sister

Ryan Cole has been sentenced to death for the 2019 murder of 15-year-old Khyler Edman, who was killed while bravely protecting his 5-year-old sister during a violent home invasion in Florida. Prosecutors described the crime as one of the most disturbing they’d ever seen, pointing to Cole’s long criminal history and the brutality of the attack.
