Welcome to the FIVE minute yoga series for when you want to tend to your body but don't have a lot of time. This video has several fun variations of Cat-Cow, a yoga flow which combines two poses: Marjaryasana, aka cat and Bitilasana, cow.
Great for Morning, noon or night.
Be ready to warm up the the spine, release tension from the whole body and give yourself the wind up, or down, you need.
