200g yellow mung beans (soaked for 1 to 2 hours)
400g cauliflower florets
1 carrot
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 green chili, halved
1 dried chili
3 cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds
¾ tsp turmeric
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
1 liter water
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
