Ingredients (सामग्री) :

For Gravy:
1 tbsp Oil (तेल)
2 tbsp Butter (मक्खन)
1 Cinnamon Stick (दालचीनी)
4 Cloves (लौंग)
1 Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता)
2 Green Cardamom (हरी इलायची)
2 Black Cardamom (काली इलायची)
1 tsp Shahi Jeera (शाही जीरा)
2 Chopped Onions (कटा हुआ प्याज)
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic (कटा हुआ लहसुन)
1 tbsp Chopped Ginger (कटा हुआ अदरक)
2 Green Chillies, Chopped (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च)
Handful Fresh Coriander Stems (ताजा धनिया के तने)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
1 tbsp Cumin-Coriander Powder (धनिया-जीरा पाउडर)
4 Chopped Tomatoes (कटे हुए टमाटर)
¼ Cup (35 gm) Cashew Nuts (काजू)
¼ Cup (35 gm) Melon Seeds (खरबूज के बीज)
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds (खसखस)
Water as Required (आवश्यकतानुसार पानी)
Salt to Taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
½ tsp Kasoori Methi (कसूरी मेथी)
1 tbsp Sugar (चीनी)
¼ Cup (60 ml) Cream (क्रीम)

For Kofta:
1 Cup (150 gm) Grated Paneer (कद्दूकस किया हुआ पनीर)
¾ Cup (100 gm) Grated Mawa (कद्दूकस किया हुआ मावा)
2 Small Potatoes (छोटे आलू)
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
1 tsp Ginger Paste (अदरक पेस्ट)
2 tsp Green Chilli Paste (हरी मिर्च पेस्ट)
Salt to Taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
¼ tsp Kasoori Methi (कसूरी मेथी)
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander (कटा हुआ धनिया)
1 tbsp Chopped Cashew Nuts (कटा हुआ काजू)
1 tbsp Chopped Brown Raisins (कटा हुआ किशमिश)
⅛ tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
Pinch of Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर)
Corn Starch as Required (आवश्यकतानुसार कॉर्नस्टार्च)
Oil for Frying (तलने के लिए तेल)

For Garnishing:
Fresh Cream (ताजा क्रीम)
Ginger Julienne (अदरक जुलिएन)
Chopped Coriander Leaves (कटा हुआ धनिया)
