Ingredients (सामग्री) :
For Base:
4 Onion (roughly chopped) (प्याज)
60 gm Chopped Cashew (कटा हुआ काजू)
2 Tomato (टमाटर)
For Sabji:
4 tbsp Oil (तेल)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (जीरा)
1 Bay Leaf (तेजपत्ता)
1 Javitri (जावित्री)
1 Small Cinnamon Stick (छोटी दालचीनी)
2-3 Peppercorns (काली मिर्च)
2 Finely Chopped Onion (बारीक कटा प्याज)
2 Finely Chopped Tomato (बारीक कटा टमाटर)
1 tbsp Garlic Paste (लहसुन पेस्ट)
½ tbsp Ginger Paste (अदरक पेस्ट)
1 tsp Green Chilli Paste (हरी मिर्च पेस्ट)
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
1 tbsp Cumin-Coriander Powder (धनिया-जीरा पाउडर)
1 tsp Kitchen King Masala (किचन किंग मसाला)
Water as Required (आवश्यकतानुसार पानी)
1 tbsp Khoya/Mawa (खोया)
2 tsp Kasoori Methi (कसूरी मेथी)
Salt to Taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
½ Cup Roasted Cashews in Ghee (घी में भुने हुए काजू)
Finely Chopped Coriander (बारीक कटा धनिया)
2 tbsp Cream (क्रीम)
For Kulcha:
2 Cups Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा)
½ Cup Curd (दही)
1 tbsp Oil (तेल)
1 tsp Salt (नमक)
1 tsp Sugar (चीनी)
1 Eno Pouch (ईनो)
Water as Required (आवश्यकतानुसार पानी)
For Topping:
Kalonji (कलौंजी)
Kasoori Methi (कसूरी मेथी)
Finely Chopped Coriander (बारीक कटा धनिया)
