Hi guys! Behavior change and goal setting is such an important part of anxiety and OCD recovery, and so many people get stuck here.
I made this video to help highlight what we ACTUALLY have the capacity to change, what we don’t have much of a say in, and the best way to set achievable goals.
I hope that after this video, the idea of
1. Changing changeable things, and
2. Identifying the difference between positive vs. negative goals
will help fast forward your recovery!
