Calling all chocolate lovers!! This is a dedicated tutorial on a basic recipe that everyone should know, Chocolate Ganache or chocolate syrup, you can use this basic recipe and tweak to however you want to make it work for your purposes. Check out how easy it is here:
Here the recipe:
1/2c Half & Half
1/2c Chocolate, whatever kind you like, I do a dark chocolate.
1/4c Sugar, whatever kind you like, I use Coconut Sugar, b/c I'm sugar alternative.
1. In a heat proof, microwaveable dish pour in half & half and heat in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes til good and hot
2. Add chocolate and sugar, whisk well. Use a spatula to scrap the bottom to make sure you have it fully incorporated.
3. Allow to cool slightly, so that it thickens then use as you need.
