The First Battalion the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers served in Bosnia over the Winter of 1995-96. The Battalion operated initially under the UN until the operation transitioned to NATO control.
This short film does not seek to tell the whole story of that tour of duty, but to capture a recollection from Alex Hendry who was a Colour Sergeant in the battalion at that time.
Fusilier Stories is a project by the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers to record and tell the memories of those who served with the Fusiliers.
