Join U-TurnPD Coach & Physiotherapist Jordyn in this 20-Minute HIIT Workout for people with Parkinson's! All movements are done from a standing position and are suitable for Orange/Red participants.

Colour Assessment Level:

GREEN: seated exercises only. This individual cannot under any circumstances get down onto the floor. High Falls Risk.

YELLOW: a combination of seated and standing (stationary) exercises. This individual may be able to get down & up from the floor with full assistance but it is not recommended. The difference in classes from Green to Yellow is the stationary, standing exercises. Moderate Falls Risk.

ORANGE: full mobility, standing & moving exercises. Capable of getting down & up from floor with no assistance but is slow. The difference in classes from Orange to Red is tempo, slowing the Orange class down to allow transition times especially from the floor to standing. Low Falls Risk.

RED : full mobility, fully capable of down & up off floor independently. These classes would be at full tempo. No Falls Risk.
