A short Pilates sequence to do before a run that mobilises all the major joints involved in running- feet, ankles, knees and hips. We run through some stability work like balancing on our feet to get the body ready to run and moving the body in ways that it doesn't do too much of when running (like rotating or backbending your spine) to keep our body happy.
