This Yoga 40 min yoga practice for better digestion, detoxification and gut health is designed to help you release tension in your belly, stimulate peristalsis and support natural detoxification. Through spirals, twists, belly massage and mindful breathwork, you’ll create space in your belly, encourage circulation and calm your nervous system to optimize digestion.
Together, we’ll explore:
Spinal Spirals to awaken digestion
Seated Cat-Cow & Wave Breathing to massage the belly
Seated & Supine Twists to release stagnation
Acupressure points (ST36 & ST25) for gut vitality
Reclined Hero & Belly Massage to stimulate peristalsis
Soothing Forward Folds & Savasana to restore balance
This class is a complete gut health yoga flow to help with bloating, constipation, IBS, sluggish digestion and detox. All levels welcome.
