This 60 min sequence helps unwind deep tension in the hips, release stored emotions in the psoas, and create space through the side body and spine.
We’ll flow through tension releasing movement to stillness. Find stillness in soothing Yin poses like Butterfly, Sphinx, Dragon and Bananasana, balanced with twists, dynamic rebounds, mindful pauses and myofascia release. The class closes with Shavasana to help everything integrate.
This is the perfect practice if you’re feeling tight in the hips, low back or simply carrying stress you’d like to melt away. Suitable for all levels.
Take your time, breathe deeply and let go.
Props: Myofascia ball (a tennis sized ball or large rolled up sock)
