Tendon Stretch is similar to a reverse Pull Up, but dare I say even harder?
Think about it—the body is in the same shape, just facing the front of the chair instead of the back. This exercise requires tons of powerhouse strength, control, and stability of the upper body.
SPRING:
1 top spring, 1 bottom spring, or 2 springs in the middle
REPETITIONS:
3 - 5
Lift the waist before the pedal lifts
Let the head dangle so there's no tension in the neck
Hold at the top for 3 seconds before descending
Push the pedal away throughout
