碗糕,是閩南地區的一發特色美食,是把發酵好的甜米漿盛入特製的小碗中蒸制而成的一種食物,因其出鍋後外形是一個碗狀而得名,還有那大米的清香和絲絲的甜味,口感非常的細膩鬆軟!
碗糕是祭拜時常備的一種食物,也是過年時必備的糕點,在閩南人心中深深佔據著一席之地。
視頻中此配方的量可以做20個,所以我分了兩鍋來蒸!
主要食材:大米400克,水100克,白糖80克,麵粉80克,溫水80克,白糖10克,酵母粉3克。
