Cheesy Chicken Ranch Dip/ Super Bowl Dip!

Hey y'all, I'm Jan. Today, we're making Cheeesy Chicken Ranch Dip. This dip i in my top 3 for whatever type of party or get together you want snack dips for. This dip will be one of the first dips depleted every time you make it!
Super easy!

*You'll need an 8x8 bake dish, can spray it with Pam or you can use butter.
**If you're making this for a big crowd, use an 8x13 bake dish, and double the ingredients below.

Preheat oven to 350F (180C)

1x 8oz (226g) Block Cream Cheese, softened. (can use full or low fat)
1x 8oz (1 cup) Sour Cream (can use full or low fat)
1x 1oz Packet of Ranch Seasoning (or 3 tbs seasoning from container)
2 cups (8oz) Shredded rotisserie chicken
2 cups (8oz) Shredded cheddar (please shred your own so it will melt right)
(1/2 to 1 more cup (4-8oz) shredded cheddar to put on the top before baking)
2 diced Green onions or small bunch of chives (or can use dry like I did, it turned out perfect). *If using fresh green onions, save 1tbs for garnish.
*Box of Ritz Crackers, or a bag of Fritos or Tostitos Scoops to dip with,

*Optional - 3 Crumbled slices of crisp bacon (save 1tbs for garnish)
(I didn't have bacon, and this tasted just as delicious without it.)
*Optional 1tsp Garlic powder, 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper for a little spice

In a large bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and sour cream. Once well combined, add your ranch seasoning, and *optional garlic and cayenne.
Once well combined, stir in your bacon and chives, if you have them. Then stir in your cheese, then chicken. Mix it all very well, then spread it out evenly into your 8x8 bake dish.
Sprinkle the top with extra cheese, and 1tbs each of bacon and chives if you have them.

Bake 15-20 minutes, or until you see bubbling around the edges, and cheese is fully melted.
*If you prefer the cheese a little brown, you can put it under the broiler a couple minutes once it's completely hot.
