Badgers, Buzzards, Hares and Barn Owls - 2 Days with Captivating Nature

In this video, I return to Marston Lodge Farm to spend two incredible days at Captivating Nature’s wildlife hides, run by my very good friend and sensational wildlife photographer 'Des Ong'.
Last year I made this trip with Pops, but this time I’m on my own for a full weekend of immersive wildlife photography—and this adventure will be split into two parts so you can experience every moment with me.

Armed with my Nikon Z9 and Z8, I’m aiming to get up close and personal with some of Britain’s most iconic and beautiful animals:

Badgers as they emerge from the sett at dusk in full daylight
Buzzards swooping in with raw power
Brown Hares bounding across the fields in golden light
Barn Owls ghosting silently over the farmland at night

Two full days in the hides means plenty of action, incredible encounters, and some surprises I never expected. It’s not just about the photos—it’s about the atmosphere, the patience, and the privilege of spending this much uninterrupted time in nature.
