After becoming 200m indoor British champion, I was selected to represent Team GB at the 2025 World Relays in Guangzhou, China. In this episode, i wrap up my training camp with some training PB's before heading out to my first major championship since the 2022 World champs.

I'm running as part of the mixed 4x100m squad, where we are looking to make history by winning a World medal in the first ever mixed 4x100m championship!

I've dreamt of winning a global medal my entire career, so this is the first real opportunity to make it happen, I'll have to be on point as my relay skills, speed, and focus will be put to the test through both heats and finals if we're to get the job done!
