Welcome to Day 23 of the January 30-Day Morning Yoga Challenge with Reagan Sobel, E-RYT500! 🙏
Today’s practice is a 15-minute gentle morning yoga flow designed to help you feel good in your body — easing tension, inviting softness, and reconnecting you with a sense of ease and presence.
This breath-led practice moves slowly and intentionally, offering simple, nourishing movements that support the body without striving or forcing. As you move, you’re invited to explore santosha (the yogic principle of contentment) not as something to chase, but as something available right here, in this moment, exactly as you are.
Rather than seeking to improve or fix anything, this practice encourages you to settle into appreciation for the body you’re in today, honoring its needs, rhythms, and sensations with kindness and curiosity.
The practice is accessible for all levels, with space to modify, pause, or move intuitively as needed. Whether you’re beginning your day or carving out a moment of care, this class offers a reminder that feeling good doesn’t require doing more, sometimes it comes from allowing yourself to simply be.

Creating a calm, grounded start to your mornings that carries with you throughout the day

Each day offers a short, accessible practice you can return to again and again. The practices are designed to be done daily, but this series can be started anytime — and you’re always welcome to move at your own pace. You’re also welcome and encouraged to combine multiple practices for a longer session.
