Here we demonstrate 3 drills showing how to improve your gait, reducing or eliminating the crossover. If your feet cross the centre line of your body when you run then you have a crossover gait and may be heading for a nasty injury. Each drill is simple to do and will strengthen youg glutes so a crossover will improve dramatically.
