Strawberry Surprise
Crushed Strawberries 2 tbsp
Vanilla Ice cream 1 scoop
Soft drink ½ cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Method:
In a glass put strawberry crushed top with ice cream pour soft drink serve immediatley

Strawberry Cup Cakes
Ingredients:
Flour 125 grams
Butter 100 grams
Oil 25 grams
Yogurt 25 grams
Caster sugar 100 grams
Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
Eggs 2
Strawberry as required
Cookie crumbs as required
Whippy whip cream 250 grams
Method:
In a stand mixer bowl beat butter & sugar till creamy. Add in eggs, oil & yogurt. Give it a good mix. Now add in flour & baking powder to make smooth batter.
Arrange cupcake liners in a tray. Add little cookie crumb in the bottom and arrange in whole strawberry in the middle, then fill it with ready batter and bake it at 170C for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Let it cool down properly then top it with whipped strawberry flavored whipy whip cream and garnish.

Strawberry Tart
Ingredients for Short Crust:
Flour 150 grams
Almond flour 20 grams
Butter 90 grams
Egg half
Icing sugar 55 grams
Salt a pinch
Topping
Strawberries as required
Piping gel as required
Pastry Filling:
Milk 300 grams
Coconut Milk 200 grams
Egg Yolk 2
Whole Egg 1
White Sugar 60 grams
Butter 60 grams
Vanilla Extract ¼ tsp
Corn Starch 40 grams
Mix everything together & make dough.
Keep it in the chiller for 1 hour then roll it according to your tray size.
Bake it at 160C for 20 minutes
In a deep clean pan simmer together whole milk & coconut milk.
Take a clean bowl and make slurry just by whisking together yolks, sugar, corn starch & vanilla extract.
Temper the slurry with some hot milk and put it back again in the rest of the milk and cook on very low flame till it thickens fully.
When it starts bubbling cook it for more two minutes while whisking continuously.
Remove from heat and let it cool down a bit and then add in butter. Whisk it well to make it creamy.
Use accordingly for fruit tarts.
