CHOCOLATE PROFITE ROLES
Ingredients

Oil 100 grams
Flour 100 grams
Water 200 grams
Salt 1 pinch
Eggs as required

Temperature: 180°C
Time: 25 minutes

Method
Bring water and oil to a boil. Add salt and remove from heat. Now add flour and eggs, mix well, pour into the mould, and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Serve.


Fresh Orange Marmalade
Ingredients:
Fresh oranges 10 grams
Orange peels 200 grams
Orange (cubes) 200 grams
Potassium sorbate 1 gram
Packtine 2 grams
Sugar 700 grams

Method
Take 10 fresh kinoo, extract the juice, and cut the peels into thin long slices. Add the remaining 200 grams kinoo cubes and start cooking. Add sugar and potassium sorbate. When it cooks well, add pectin to thicken it, cook properly, and store in a jar.
