PIYAZI CHOPS Written Recipe :
Ingredients :
Mutton chops 750 gm
Potatoes (round thick slices) 2
Onion cut in thick rings 250 gm
Tomatoes sliced 2 – 3
Capsicum round slices 1
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Chopped Green chilies 4
Whole spices mixed with 1 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
METHOD :
Heat oil, add whole spices, when brown add chops, and fry for 5 mins, add ginger garlic, chili powder, turmeric, roasted and crushed cumin, add ¼ cup water and fry well, then add 1 ½ cups water, cover, and pressure cook chops till tender, add sliced onion rings, potatoes, tomatoes and capsicum with ½ cup water, put on low heat in pressure cooker for 5 mins till vegetables tender, lastly sprinkle chopped coriander and whole green chilies.
HANDI CHARGHA WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients :
Chicken 1kg
Chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Yogurt thick ¾ cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Curry powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Orange color a pinch
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Egg 1
METHOD :
Give cuts on chicken, marinate with all the given ingredients except egg for 4 hours, cook in a handi till water dries, add in egg, mix well, deep fry chargha, sprinkle with chat masala and lemon juice, serve with fries and salad leaves.
