HI Everyone, New project time and I am building an EVR 853 based upon the venerable Ducati 748 4 Valve engine. The first video is tearing down the engine that has been supplied to me.
This first step is required so that I can get the crank out and sent away to be dynamically balanced along with the new EVR pistons for the 853 kit as well as the other larger rotating items.
This conversion will use a kit specifically built by EVR for this engine, supplying the larger bore cylinders, head gaskets, new pistons, pins, rings and clips to add to the engine in place of the standard cylinders and pistons.
Again this video format is a real time strip of the engine so you can see everything that I have to undertake to achieve the engine split and crank removal.
