Has Main Roads dangerously botched yet another Fremantle roundabout for cyclists?

Earlier this week, we had a look at a terrible temporary roundabout installation at the intersection of East St and Marmion St in Fremantle.
I asked Freo BUG if they felt the same way, and they suggested I check out another temporary roundabout nearby at the intersection of Ord St, Hampton Rd and Stirling St.
It's just as bad.
Ord St has bike lanes on both sides. When implementing the roundabout, they're removed the lane on the eastern side (forcing cyclists to merge with vehicles) and when going north, they've left a confusing mess of line markings on the road - making it really easy to be confused about where a cyclist should be positioned on the road.
It's a recipe for confusion - and confusion can create disaster.
I doubt anyone has done any pertinent testing of these roundabouts - ie, hoping on a bike and riding through them a few times from each direction. If any qualified road design personnel had performed a bike test, hopefully they'd have been intelligent enough to tear up the existing plans and start again.
I found another VMS (variable message sign) to the south that's been setup to inform drivers of the impending bridge closure on 01 Feb. However, there's still no sign of any signage being installed anywhere to inform cyclists of where they should be going when the old bridge closes.
