Sit down for this one, because I take my time to explain exactly what to do, why you need to do it, and how it should be executed. Diet Breaks and Refeeds aren’t magic tricks that eliminate diet fatigue and reverse metabolic adaptation completely, not indefinitely at least.
But they do minimize it to a great extent, help maintain muscle tissue during a cut, help you adhere for longer, and really help prevent weight regain after the diet is over. So… you should be using them!
