Lengua de gato is a buttery cookie that is very popular in the city of Pines. This is probably one of the most favorite pasalubongs to bring back home whenever we go to Baguio. We decided to show you how easily it can be done, so the next time you crave for it, you do not need to go to Baguio or any pasalubong center to have it, you can just make it in the comfort of your home! 😊
Ingredients:
1/2 cup salted butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 eggwhites
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of all purpose flour
Baking time: 10-13 mins at 375 degrees Fahrenheit
