🌿 Pea Bun Dosa App – Soft, Tasty & Super Healthy
Prepare the Batter:-
Take a bowl of green peas.
Add peas to a mixer with 2–3 garlic cloves, a small piece of ginger, and coriander. Grind to a smooth paste.
Add 2 small bowls semolina (suji) and 2 small bowls curd.
Add salt and grind again.
Using the same curd bowl, add 1 bowl of water and blend once more.
Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.

Prepare the Veggie Mix
In a bowl add:
1 chopped onion
1 chopped capsicum
Small paneer cubes
1 bowl boiled corn (slightly chopped)
Season with:-
½ tsp pizza seasoning
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Mix well.

Activate the Batter
Add to the batter:
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp hing
Whisk well.

Cook the Bun Dosa App
Heat a small tadka pan and add a little oil.
Pour some batter.
Add a spoonful of veggie mix on top.
Cover it again with a layer of batter and spread evenly.
Cook both sides on medium flame until golden and crispy.

Serve
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
