15 MIN Standing Sculpted Abs (with weights) | At Home Workout
Hi Warriors!
Today we are doing an INTENSE 15 minute ALL STANDING abs and upper body workout! You will feel the burn in your abs, obliques as well as your upper body. No planks. It’s going to be ON for 40 seconds and OFF for 15 seconds! A lot of the movements today are going to be about CORE STABILIZATION. You will need a set of dumbbells. I’m using a set of 10 lbs. Your core must be tight. Braced for impact. Slight bend in the knees. It really helps to keep your core engaged and tight, almost imagining someone is going to punch you in the tummy. You also want to keep your shoulders back and chest nice and proud. Make sure you do a warm up and cool down.
