Nikuzyaga is one of most popular homemade dish in Japan.
And I introduce Dashi powder.
It’s very convenient and saves our time.

〜Sauce ingredients 〜
Water 360g
Soy sauce(Kikuchi) 40g
Mirin 40g
Dashi powder 3g
Sugar. 15g
