Driving, desk jobs, cell phones, dinner tables, office jobs or some sports like tennis, boxing, bjj, swimming, surfing, volleyball, baseball kind of sports causes losing the stabilization of our scapula bone which is very important structure for shoulder stabilization and spinal posture. Please perform this corrective exercise at least 3 days in a week. 3 or 4 sets of 20 reps.
