If you’re in your first trimester of pregnancy, this gentle and safe yoga flow is designed just for you. At 3 weeks pregnant, you may not even “look” pregnant yet, but your body is already working hard behind the scenes. Many moms-to-be start to notice early symptoms like fatigue, bloating, mood swings, or tender breasts — and yoga can be a powerful way to ease tension, connect with your breath, and move safely in early pregnancy.

This class is part of my free 40-week prenatal yoga program — one video every week to guide you through your pregnancy journey with mindful movement, grounding breathwork, and poses that support your changing body and growing baby.
