At 3 weeks pregnant, you may not even “look” pregnant yet, but your body is already working hard behind the scenes. Many moms-to-be start to notice early symptoms like fatigue, bloating, mood swings, or tender breasts — and yoga can be a powerful way to ease tension, connect with your breath, and move safely in early pregnancy.
