My mission is to make working out fun again for women of all sizes, especially plus size women. I know what it’s like to obsess over the scale, go on strict diets, do brutal workouts, and still never feel good enough in your body. During my health and fitness journey, I wish I had someone to tell me that the journey was about the climb and not the destination. I also wish I saw more women who looked like me in the fitness community. That’s why I created fun, enjoyable workout videos.
