Hi, I'm Kamoya!
I am a Fitness/Weight loss Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. I make working out fun/enjoyable for women/beginners who want to get results at home and sustain it long term.

I lost 95 pounds at home doing low impact workouts and changing my nutrition (eating in a calorie deficit). This has proven to me that I didn’t need a gym, high impact workouts, or any fancy equipment to get results.

I’m here to give you the support and guidance you need to thrive on your health & fitness journey. Remember, you are allowed to be a masterpiece and a work in progress at the same time. Self-love & confidence begins now.
