Join the Just2easy education team for a hands-on J2Code Visual live lesson, designed to introduce Key Stage 2 pupils to block-based coding in a fun and interactive way. This session is open to all, with a particular focus on COBIS schools participating in the J2Code competition.

The lesson is intended to be played at the front of the classroom, with teachers and pupils following along together — an excellent opportunity to develop computational thinking and digital skills for all involved.

During the session, we will:

Open J2Code Visual and explore the block-based coding environment

Create a simple interactive program using sequence, repetition, and selection

Learn how to debug and test our code

Save and share our completed projects

Pupils do not need prior experience with J2Code — every step will be demonstrated throughout the live lesson.

The session will begin promptly at 10:00am GMT on Thursday 16th January 2025, and can be paused if needed.
