In today's episode, lets prepare Brown ugali, served with beef stew and soup.
The brown ugali comprises of white maize meal and pure wimbi/ millet flour, mixed in equal portions.
A simple beef stre recipe and ugali recipe that can be enjoyed any day.

Beef is the culinary name for meat from cattle (Bos taurus). Beef can be prepared in various ways; cuts are often used for steak, which can be cooked to varying degrees of doneness, while trimmings are often ground or minced, as found in most hamburgers. Beef contains protein, iron, and vitamin B12. Wimbi (Millet flour) comes from the millet grain. The millet grain is similar in look and texture to the wheat grain and it comes from the grass family. Millet flour is the ground form of millet grains.
