Good posture is so important for our day-to-day life. Neck pain, shoulder tightness, migraines, and lower back pain can all be caused by poor forward-hunched posture. This workout strengthens the muscles that stabilise the shoulder blades while also opening up and stretching the chest. This allows the shoulders to sit back in a healthier position causing less pressure & strain on the upper body.
