1 cup (125g) all purpose flour
2 Tbsp (25g) sugar
1/2 tsp (3g) salt
Cheese filling ingredients:
16 oz (453g) Farmer's cheese
2 Tbsp (25g) sugar
1tsp (4g) vanilla sugar
1 eggs yolk
3 Tbsp milk
1 tsp (4g) cinammon
